Information and Application for Stallholders
Stall holders will need to fill in the 2027 form to register interest.
Blue Mountains Pottery Fair dates are - April Sat 10th 10am (10am-4pm) and Sunday 11th (9.30am - 3.30pm)
Applications must be submitted in full by EOB on 15 November 2026
Stallholders will be responsible for setting up and manning their stalls for the duration of the Fair and taking money for their own sales.
Stall spaces will be indoor stalls will be 2.6m square and outdoor stall spaces will be 3m square.
Stall holders will be notified of their participation by 10 December 2026 and successful applicants must pay stall fees and confirm by 29 January 2027
As space is limited registration of interest does not guarantee participation. You are strongly urged to include in the additional information and work description section any information which will demonstrate the quality of your work, your experience of exhibiting and selling and the range of prices you ask for your work. If you have participated in other fairs, exhibitions or similar events please include this information and photos or indication of where they can be viewed.
